No Refunds Policy

At Metamorphosiz, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and training services. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any bookings or sessions. Once a session is booked and payment is made, the transaction is final.

Payment Gateway Charges

In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed necessary, please note that the payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this period may incur additional charges.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

Please be punctual for your scheduled sessions. If you do not show up for a session or arrive late, no refunds will be provided, and the session will be considered as completed. We reserve the right to end the session at the scheduled time regardless of the client's arrival time.
