- As a founder of Metamorphosiz- the academy, she enables growth-oriented working professionals and entrepreneurs with skills, mindset and techniques of Neuroplasticity, so that they overcome workplace stagnation & all their personal limitations and take massive action towards their goal and aspirations

- She was an Assistant Commissioner with GST dept., Gujarat State, with 20 years of experience as a bureaucrat, academically, a physicist with a systems management background. Her passion to become an IAS officer, in turn resulted in her becoming an Officer with Govt. She created an era of e-Governance in her dept. in her past avatar... “The Role” that, she was destined to perform! She stepped out of power, position, and secured future, to follow her Passion and Purpose, when she realized that she as an individual, was not growing...there, in the comfort of a secured job!
- She upskilled herself as a Soft Skills & NLP Trainer, Facilitative Trainer, Rapid Transformative Neuro Coach, and trained several professionals and caused personal transformation to more than 50 individuals in her version II.
